• Interface with the public and stake holders adjacent to the work to mitigate the construction impacts.
• Coordinate with the contractor’s foreman in charge of the work daily to advice on the proper execution of the work.

Description: The Document Control Manager is responsible for the set up of an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), and development of related workflows and requirements between multiple EDMS. Key responsibilities:

• Close-out: Successful closeout and handover of documentation as required by line manager and contractual obligation.
• Training: Conduct training in reference to EDMS, QSE and Document Management Procedures across the organization and project stakeholder.
