We are proud to announce the acquisition of a new Project and the beginning of a strategic collaboration with AKNO Business Parks, one of the leading players in the Italian logistics real estate market.

LC&Partners have been awarded the provision of Project and Construction Management services for the construction of the new “AKNO Nogarole Rocca Business Park,” an industrial/logistic hub of approximately 98,000 m² in Nogarole Rocca (VR), strategically located near the Nogarole Rocca exit along the A22 – Brennero Motorway.

The new industrial/logistic hub will span over a 210,000 m² plot, with approximately 98,000 m² of built-up area, and a maximum usable height of 13 m. The project includes 104 loading bays with 35 m of maneuvering area and 638 parking lots.

The Project will be developed in full compliance with the highest construction standards and focus on renewable energy sources. In terms of environmental sustainability, AKNO Nogarole Rocca Business Park will be BREEAM certified.

Completion of works is scheduled in December 2025.
